praying her home.

last time.
I am just amazed & in awe of how the Lord has used people to spread my dear friends, the Knights, adoption story this week

through Baron Batch’s “Operation Random Christmas Blessing”
Give1Save1 blog
their video of meeting Emme for the first time
twitter
facebook

but it was ALL god.  we let him do His thing.  and he did.

my parents gave a donation to the Knights as a Christmas gift to me.
YES
love it when people really know what I would want for Christmas 😉
to see orphans be orphans no more!

I just had to brag on Jenna one more time.

My mom, understandably, gets my friends confused.
Jenna?  I don’t think I know her.

me- “mom, I go to her house like 3 times a week”  “she’s my adoption bestie!”
mom-  “oh”

Jenna & I became fast friends.
sisters.
partner in crime.

we both have a heart for the orphan, the poor, the lonely, and to see the gospel reach them.

living out the gospel is not easy.  one day Jenna coined the term, “the gospel is hard & it makes you want to cry”

yes, my friend.

but I’m thankful for a friend like Jenna.
we can stop mid sentence and pray for each other.

I can go to her house at 11pm bawling crying & we can sit in Emmes room & dream of our Ethiopian children together

in the midst of baby shower after baby shower she can come over & give me this precious necklace and speak truth into my life (that makes me cry!) that I AM expecting and it’s in GODS timing

we can be 100% honest with each other
we confess our wretched sinfulness to each other
we keep each other accountable

I have some pretty amazing friends in my life & this girl is one of them.
without adoption or Ethiopia, we might never had met.

I love you Jenna (and Phillip, Parker & Beckham…and EMME!) Knight.
Did you know they were submitted to embassy?!?!?!?
Your prayers are working.
Keep praying this precious girl home!!!!!!
I can’t believe there is a chance we’ll be in Ethiopia at the same time.

I’m praying God continues to get ALL the glory from your story
from yall living out the gospel

I’m proud to call you friends.

ps-  you can still go follow @baronbatch & give $1 (or more!) to give1save1 through Sunday!

Hey, I'm Wynne!

Hi, friend! First, I truly am so giddy that you are here. I want you to know I believe in you and all the ways you are growing towards living a more intentional life.  I genuinely hope you are encouraged from our time together here.

A little about me, I’m a type 7 on the enneagram, a total extrovert + people lover, entrepreneur, connector, storyteller, people gatherer, and passionate wife, mama + friend. I feel most alive when I’m exploring new places and surrounded by people I love. Give me a day in the outdoors disconnected from wifi, and I am a happy girl. I run on oat milk lattes, Jesus, gratitude journaling and kitchen dance parties with my four kids.
Welcome, come on in!

let'e be friends
