Rock the Desert

I had to do a quick post about Rock the Desert – it was a very long weekend but it was really fun!  I got to catch up with lots of fun friends and make new ones!  I wish I had more pictures to share but these are a few I took on my iPhone….enjoy!

Not that great of a pic, but I was trying to capture the thousands and thousands of people there!  It was so amazing to see – this was taken from the sponsor tent, which is for sure the place to be!  Friday night I got to have dinner with the Henry family, including Kristen!  It was so fun to catch up with her, and we missed Trudi!  I didn’t get any more pics on Friday – but we had fun watching Switchfoot on Friday night – they put on an awesome show!
Saturday was a LONG day, but I’m so glad I had DAWN to entertain me.  We have become quick friends – we’ve known each other for awhile but not really “known” each other, ya know?  But we will be spending so much time together with Teen CBS this year that I am so excited we got to hang out for 9+ hours!  We had fun driving Toby to play golf, getting a sno cone, and jamming up to Tomlin and Toby Mac Saturday night! 
 
This is Dawn – to the left, I was trying to get a picture with LaCrea for our friend Will, and to the right this is us at Shack in the Back this past week -we were looking much better for a picture then!
Then someone heard us talking about us trying to get a picture from afar, and took a picture close up!  haha – if you haven’t heard of LaCrea, look him up – he’s awesome!
Saturday night Stephen came up and my good friend Jordan!  Here is our view of the concerts – on the side of the stage.  Tomlin on left, Toby Mac on right.  Both were amazing shows!  We had so much fun at Rock the Desert and can’t wait until next year!!
