Camp Trippet 2013

A few weeks ago, the kids and I headed to my hometown of Waco for the first annual “Camp Trippet”.  Trippet is my maiden name, and for as long as I can remember my parents couldn’t wait to be grandparents and have their grandkids come spend a week with them in the summer.  Since the rule is they can’t go alone until they are potty trained, mama got to come along!  I absolutely love spending time with my family in Waco and was really looking forward to it.  I grew up with both sets of grandparents in my hometown, so I would have special nights with them – but this is a new experience.  My kids having a whole week!

We had so much fun and checked a lot of things off our “Camp Trippet” bucket list.  However, there were still so many things unchecked.  We under estimated how exhausted we’d be with two toddlers.  haha.  Something I’m not used to way out in west Texas is people just “stopping by” or driving through town.  No one really “drives through” Midland unless they are on their way to California, so it was fun to get to see friends who were “driving thru”.

I made this little collage of some of my favorite Camp Trippet pictures + actually [shhh] made this into an instagram book for my parents to commemorate the week!  I am a little obsessed with Artifact Uprising, and how easy it is to make a book from your instagram pictures!

Until Camp Trippet 2014….

Thank you Lord for blessing me with an amazing family who loves and cares for our kids more than we could have ever hoped or imagined.  Thank you for the time we get to spend with them!

Hey, I'm Wynne!

Hi, friend! First, I truly am so giddy that you are here. I want you to know I believe in you and all the ways you are growing towards living a more intentional life.  I genuinely hope you are encouraged from our time together here.

A little about me, I’m a type 7 on the enneagram, a total extrovert + people lover, entrepreneur, connector, storyteller, people gatherer, and passionate wife, mama + friend. I feel most alive when I’m exploring new places and surrounded by people I love. Give me a day in the outdoors disconnected from wifi, and I am a happy girl. I run on oat milk lattes, Jesus, gratitude journaling and kitchen dance parties with my four kids.
Welcome, come on in!

let'e be friends
