It is such an honor for me to introduce yall to our brand new wellness community website, havenandflourish.com it’s LIVE!

circled around a cozy living room, our community group girls recently talked about connecting with people through retreats.  “Did y’all know I used to run a ministry + retreat for women struggling with infertility?”

I haven’t been walking with these girls long enough for them to know that part of my life, and it was actually healing talking about it.  reflecting on all the chapters of my story that God has used to allow me to connect with others who are in a similar season was SUCH A BLESSING to my heart.  my season with the carry camp, noonday collection, and the haven (my downtown event space) literally all came to and end around the same time. 

It was a bittersweet season of not really knowing where my place was, but still having a huge heart to serve women.  I had NO IDEA that what came next would be leading a wellness community of now over 6,500 people around the world.  But haven and flourish was born out of dreaming up a place where women could belong. a place to be known, connect, to have community and resources + education  for this lifestyle of wellness I was pursuing.

And now 3+ years later, our community is thriving and I’m getting to watch God use my story, my gifts, my passion and vision to create spaces of belonging for others.  IT IS BEAUTIFUL.  It’s (obviously) vulnerable, but I keep putting myself out there day after day knowing that in meeting needs and serving people, I’m helping make an impact.  Anyway! 

We finally have our own home on the internet, and I want to invite you all into it!  It’s open to ANYONE (on our team or not) and full of inspiring stories, content, connection, and everything you ever wanted to know about pursuing a CLEAN life of wellness.  There’s also some fun freebies we created just for you.  Go over and check them out!
