So I came home Wednesday afternoon with a fever and stayed in bed all day Thursday until I dragged myself out of bed to go to the doctor and turns out I have the flu. Wonderful. I’ve NEVER had the flu, and the first year I get a flu shot, I get the flu! This first year in the classroom has been super rough – I’ve been sick so much. I’ve especially been sick on important weekends – such as: Baylor Homecoming, our 2nd year wedding anniversary, and this past weekend we were supposed to go to Saint Simons Island, GA for a wedding – but stayed home instead. I was going super stir-crazy just sitting around the house and finally felt better today and we went to church. So, if you were wondering where I’ve been – I’ve been locked up in my house! Thank you to all you sweet friends who called and texted to see if I needed anything! I really appreciate it. Hopefully this week will be better 🙂

Hey, I'm Wynne!

Hi, friend! First, I truly am so giddy that you are here. I want you to know I believe in you and all the ways you are growing towards living a more intentional life.  I genuinely hope you are encouraged from our time together here.

A little about me, I’m a type 7 on the enneagram, a total extrovert + people lover, entrepreneur, connector, storyteller, people gatherer, and passionate wife, mama + friend. I feel most alive when I’m exploring new places and surrounded by people I love. Give me a day in the outdoors disconnected from wifi, and I am a happy girl. I run on oat milk lattes, Jesus, gratitude journaling and kitchen dance parties with my four kids.
Welcome, come on in!

let'e be friends

I’m so sorry you’ve been sick! No fun. Have you been enjoying the “Bach” (since everything is shortened)? I’m loving Lincee’s recaps too. Who do you think he’ll pick. Also, I’m sure you noticed too, but religion came up. Was it you that told me Jason is Jewish? Hope you are feeling better!
