keeper of life.

Camp update: we are finishing up our dossier & new home study THIS WEEK to send to Ethiopia.  Please pray that we can get it done & over there quickly so he can be moved to the foster care facility!

Psalm 121

I lift up my eyes to the hills.
    From where does my help come?

My help comes from the Lord,
    who made heaven and earth.
He will not let your foot be moved;
    he who keeps you will not slumber.
Behold, he who keeps Israel
    will neither slumber nor sleep.
The Lord is your keeper;
    the Lord is your shade on your right hand.
The sun shall not strike you by day,
    nor the moon by night.
The Lord will keep you from all evil;
    he will keep your life.
The Lord will keep
    your going out and your coming in
    from this time forth and forevermore.

every time I study this scripture, read these verses, and listen to the song “you alone can rescue” I can’t help but think of my precious Camp.  Knowing that God alone can rescue & save. to HIM alone belongs the praise.  I will lift up my eyes to the giver of life.
You alone can Rescue
Matt Redman

You alone can rescue, You alone can save

You alone can lift us from the grave You came down to find us, led us out of death To You alone belongs the highest praise

We lift up our eyes, lift up our eyes

Hey, I'm Wynne!

Hi, friend! First, I truly am so giddy that you are here. I want you to know I believe in you and all the ways you are growing towards living a more intentional life.  I genuinely hope you are encouraged from our time together here.

A little about me, I’m a type 7 on the enneagram, a total extrovert + people lover, entrepreneur, connector, storyteller, people gatherer, and passionate wife, mama + friend. I feel most alive when I’m exploring new places and surrounded by people I love. Give me a day in the outdoors disconnected from wifi, and I am a happy girl. I run on oat milk lattes, Jesus, gratitude journaling and kitchen dance parties with my four kids.
Welcome, come on in!

let'e be friends

  1. KaraM says:

    I’m late to the game here…have you been matched with a child? Doesn’t that usually happen after your paperwork hits Ethiopia?

    I’ll be praying!
