open door.

I posted on instagram earlier tonight, but I just wanted to post here too.  I truly truly do love friends that can walk right in the door, call on their way over, and make themselves at home in my house.  We always want to have an “open door” policy and be welcoming to any and everyone that needs a place to come and feel loved and warm.  Today was so sweet.  I met Alex when she was a senior in high school through Teen Community Bible Study, and she was in fact the first senior I ever photographed, and now she spent the day with me and my kiddos.  She took all these beautiful pictures + helped me edit some pictures I took for Lightwriters [that I’ll share with you later this week], and she just made my home so happy today!

Shannon, Curtis, Ian + now sweet baby Adalynn are some of our dearest friends.  They moved recently + they are home for the holidays and I loved snagging a few minutes with them tonight.  Making dinner as the kids run in and outside the house, baby Adalynn sleeps sweetly in her carrier and Shannon and I catch up in the rocking chairs on the front porch.  Stephen walked into the chaos and had no idea what he was coming home to – but I’m thankful we both love every moment of it.  I love having people in and out of my home, and I wish I had more days like this!  Thank you Alex for capturing these sweet moments of truly living life with my family + friends in our home tonight.

Hey, I'm Wynne!

Hi, friend! First, I truly am so giddy that you are here. I want you to know I believe in you and all the ways you are growing towards living a more intentional life.  I genuinely hope you are encouraged from our time together here.

A little about me, I’m a type 7 on the enneagram, a total extrovert + people lover, entrepreneur, connector, storyteller, people gatherer, and passionate wife, mama + friend. I feel most alive when I’m exploring new places and surrounded by people I love. Give me a day in the outdoors disconnected from wifi, and I am a happy girl. I run on oat milk lattes, Jesus, gratitude journaling and kitchen dance parties with my four kids.
Welcome, come on in!

let'e be friends
